Opportunities for Prospective Students

Prospective Doctoral Graduate Students
Picture
The core faculty at the CYDI mentor students in the University of Alabama's Clinical Psychology, Experimental Psychology, and Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Ph.D. programs. For more information on core faculty's expertise and research interests, please see the Core Faculty page.

For more information on the University of Alabama's application procedures for these graduate programs, please see the Clinical and Experimental Psychology program descriptions.

Prospective Undergraduate Students
The CYDI offers research experience for undergraduates who are highly motivated and hard-working. Students in our Center obtain hands-on research training by assisting with activities including assessment and data entry. Undergraduate research assistants gain mentorship, the potential to pursue independent research, and opportunities to present at local conferences. Volunteer or course credit opportunities are available. Due to the nature of our work, a two semester commitment is generally required.

Interested students should email Shane Jones for more information.
